1. Shipping Fees start at Php 120 for Manila and Php 180 for Provincial. Shipping for Manila would take 1-2 business days and 3-4 business days for Provincial locations. For same day Manila shipping, standard rates would apply. For International Shipping, standard rates and shipping turnaround time would apply.

2. Please coordinate directly with the courier to follow up on the items ordered for shipping.

3. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please advise us within seven (7) business days and we shall replace the item as applicable. This however would only apply to the regular items, products ordered directly from our website and not on second quality items and those ordered from our stockists who may have different shipping and returns procedures.

4. Regular items come with labels intact and sealed packaging. Second quality items, if available, come only in sealed packaging or pillow box as applicable. If you intend to give your order as a gift, please indicate in the notes field so we can include a gift bag and card.

5. Modes of payment include bank transfer and PayPal. For bank transfers, please send us proof of payment at sevesmom@gmail.com within 24 hours and we shall get back to you to confirm. Otherwise, orders will be cancelled.
